- I am married with 2 children ages 16 & 5. I am currently working in law enforcement and have been inactive for a number of years although I have been feeling the yearning to become active again growing stronger and stronger.

- My favorite quote comes from a former coworker who told me, "Each night that are you are home from work, sit down at the dinner table with your family and talk about what is going on in each others lives. Make sure you stay together as a family until everyone has finished and pay close attention to what each person says." Years later we still follow this advice and find that just these few moments together bring us closer each day.
